Dispensers of fuel, oil, additives and other liquids can operate in automatic and manual mode. In automatic mode, the dose is released by a signal from devices that are not part of the dispenser. In manual mode, the dose is released by a signal from the keypad. After the dose release signal is given, the control unit turns on the pump, opens the valve and begins to receive flow information from the flow meter. When the set dose is reached, the controller closes the valve and stops the pump.
Variants of the flow part: plastic or stainless steel.
- Type ST for neutral media: water, diesel fuel, motor, transformer, hydraulic oil;
- Type SL for aggressive acids and alkalis: hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, sodium hydroxide solution;
- LM type for flammable liquids: ethanol, petroleum, isopropanol, kerosene, gasoline, solvents;
- Type UN for flammable and aggressive media: formic acid, acetic acid, tetrahydrofuran;
- Type VA for flammable and aggressive media: ether, styrene, xylene, nitric acid, tetrahydrofuran;
- Type VA PSH for use in the production of food or pharmaceutical products and cosmetics.
